Return & Refund Policy


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, except where local consumer law provides a longer return period (such as 14 days for customers in the EU and UK).
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition
  • Opened books are considered used and are not eligible for return
  • Any dents, scratches, spine damage, or signs of handling will result in the return being refused
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
    Proof of purchase is required

Sale items are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, except where required by law or in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

The buyer is fully responsible for:

  • Return postage
  • Any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • All returns must be shipped using a courier approved by us.
  • You must contact us before sending any return to receive instructions.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Sale items (FINAL SALE)
  • Limited edition box sets
  • Limited edition books
  • Custom or personalized items, including books signed specifically for the buyer
  • Gift cards
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

These items are FINAL SALE.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Approved refunds:
